Welcome Mentor! Join us this year for a bi-weekly mentorship program as we support the personal and professional journey of our members. Please note that you MUST be an HR professional to participate and/or member of Latinas Rising Up In HR to be considered. Membership grants and discounts can be provided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@latinasrisingupinhr.com with any questions.
Commitment:
As a mentor you are required to attend all circles with the exception of one should you have an emergency arise. This helps with the programming and to avoid disruption of collaboration amongst attendees. Mentors are also asked to meet with mentees 1:1 bi-weekly.
