On October 15th 2022, together with our growing community, Latinas Rising Up In HR made history by successfully executing on a dream to host our inaugural Leadership Summit & Volume II Book Launch at the University of Miami Herbert Business School in Florida.

We thank our gracious host at the University of Miami and a special note of gratitude to Cecilia Sanchez, Blanca Ripoll-Garcia, Jose Sosa and the rest of the UM team for opening their doors for our growing community. The 2022 Latinas Rising Up In HR Leadership Summit and Vol. II  Book Launch was an extreme success with over 135 in-person registrations, over 50 attendees online from across the globe, 30+ speakers and 15 new contributing authors that we now have the privilege of welcoming into our authors circle.
